I linked this image of a boy in India begging for money after the Hindus have participated in their religious worship to when Oteka was sitting in the church and was approached by Jacob. Even though Oteka was not begging, he was in the same situation as this little Indian boy. They both needed money, however, Oteka did not want to hurt his dignity and therefore he did not beg. This little boy had to beg for money, perhaps to provide basic staples for himself that he did not have. Moreover, Oteka was sitting in a church, and this boy is sitting somewhere where the Hindus have performed "puja" which is the word for the Hindu religious ceremony. The fact that they both were at a place of worship strengths my connection.
